1972 NORTON COMMANDO 750

With original Combat engine in the desirable serial number range (209XXX) with Super Blend main bearings. Documentation for sale is a copy of the current Vermont registration and notarized bill of sale. Registration shows 1973 Model Year due to transatlantic delivery/original registration delay.
41K touring miles with Ross Thompson 4.75+ gallon tank, Craven bags, luggage rack, heated grips, 220 watt alternator. Oil pressure gauge, ammeter, stainless oil lines, Odyssey sealed battery.
Single Mikuni 34mm carb, Power Arc programmable ignition, sleeved master cylinder, stainless brake hose, finned alloy rear brake backing plate and one-piece stainless rear axle conversion.
Flanged alloy rims (18” WM3 rear )with stainless steel spokes; sealed wheel bearings; steering damper; rebuilt forks with cartridge emulator.
Steve Maney belt drive primary and outrigger support bearing; rebuilt gearbox, including new main shaft.
Stainless exhaust, RMA automatic cam chain adjuster, Black Diamond valves/springs/guides, mushroom head valve adjusters, new standard pistons fitted preemptively at approximately 30K. Norvil crankcase breather; anti-wet sump valve.
Euro bars; Norvil rear sets; swing arm spindle conversion; vernier-adjust Isolastics with Dave Taylor rod link head steady.
New spares include primary belt and three-phase regulator. Original brake and shift assemblies, low mileage chain primary drive if desired. Owner's, shop and parts manuals, and original tool kit.
